Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

✔ Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
 ✔ Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements & MIS reports.
 ✔ Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
 ✔ Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
 ✔ Manage accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
 ✔ Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
 ✔ Supervise junior accountants and guide them in best practices.

 Skills & Qualities We Look For

• 5+ years of proven accounting/finance experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Tally, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication (Tamil & English preferred).
• Ability to lead, train, and monitor junior finance staff.
