Academic Counselor  – Job Responsibilities

✔ Connect with students and parents through telecalling & follow-ups

✔ Provide academic counseling for TNTET, PG TRB, CSIR NET & UGC NET courses

✔ Guide students in course selection and convert leads into admissions

✔ Handle student queries and maintain proper records

✔ Collaborate with the admissions & digital marketing team to optimize conversions

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• We prefer Male candidates alone
• 3+ years’ experience is Mandatory in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling
• Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred
• Comfortable working in flexible full-time or part-time shifts
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and problem-solving skills

Work Timings (Structured Data Style)

Full-Time Shifts:

🕒 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

🕒 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Part-Time Shifts:

🕒 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

🕒 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

🕒 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
