To support candidates at this decisive stage, Professor Academy offers the College TRB Interview Course based on the 7 Point Interview Framework (7 PIF) — a structured interview training programme designed to align candidates with academic interview expectations.
This course focuses on interview behaviour, communication clarity and teaching orientation, which are the core factors considered by College TRB interview panels.
College TRB interview shortlisting follows a vacancy-based ratio. Two candidates per vacancy are called when posts exceed five, while three candidates per vacancy are shortlisted when posts are fewer than five.
The Viva Voce carries a total of 15 marks, with equal weightage given to Content, Delivery, and Language. Candidates are assessed on conceptual clarity, effective communication, and language proficiency.
