Professor Academy presents the College TRB – 7 Point Interview Framework (7 PIF), a structured, psychology-based interview preparation programme designed exclusively for College TRB aspirants.
For the College TRB interview, candidate shortlisting is determined by vacancy count. When the number of vacancies exceeds five, twice the number of candidates are invited for the interview. If vacancies are fewer than five, three times the number of candidates are shortlisted.
The Viva Voce is conducted for 15 marks, distributed equally across Content, Delivery, and Language. Evaluation focuses on subject relevance and organisation, clarity of presentation, and proficiency in English or Tamil.
