Follow the below steps carefully to complete your PG TRB application without any errors:
1. Visit the Official PG TRB Application Link
Go to: https://trb1.ucanapply.com/apply_now
Click the “Apply Now” button to begin.
2. Register with Email ID & Mobile Number
- Enter your email and mobile number.
- You’ll receive OTPs on both.
- Verify them by entering the OTPs and click “Submit”
3. Access Your Dashboard
After verification:
- You’ll be redirected to your dashboard.
- Your Registration Number will be shown.
- You’ll find options like “Change Password” and “Apply”.
3.2 Click ‘Apply’ to Start the Form
- You’ll see post details and instructions.
- Choose your Post & Subject.
- Tick the “I have read” box and click “Next”.
Fill in Your Personal Details
Provide the following:
- Full Name (with Initial)
- Gender
- Name Change Status (if applicable)
- Valid ID Type & Number
- Date of Birth (as per SSLC)
- Age as of 01-07-2025
- Father’s & Mother’s Name
- Nationality, State & Religion
4.1 Enter Your Community Details
If applicable:
- Select your Community (SC/BC/MBC/etc.)
- Enter Subcaste
- Mention if the certificate is from TN Govt
- Enter Certificate Authority, Issue Date & Number
Click Next to continue.
5. Enter Address Details
- Fill your Communication and Permanent addresses.
- Tick the box if both are same.
- Click Next
6. Differently Abled Status
- Select “No” if not applicable, and proceed.
- If Yes, fill in the specific details and submit.
6.1 Instead if you’er differentially abled candidates, then fill out the details below
7. Fill in Educational Qualifications
Provide details in the following order:
- SSLC
- HSC
- Diploma (if any)
- UG Degree
- PG Degree
- B.Ed
- Seniority (if applicable)
Tick all relevant checkboxes and click Next.
Tick wherever applicable and Click next
7.1 Fill your SSLC details
7.2 Fill your HSC Details
7.3 Fill your Diploma details
7.4 Fill your UG Details
7.5 Fill your PG Details
7.6 Fill your B.ED details
7.7 Fill your seniority
After entering all this, tick on the check boxes and click next
8. PSTM Reservation (If Applicable)
If you studied in Tamil Medium from Class 1 to 12:
- Select Yes and proceed.
- Others must skip this step.
9. Choose Exam Centre & Declaration
- Select your Preferred Exam Centre.
- Mention if FIR filed / Debarred / Disqualified.
- Fee: ₹600 for General | ₹300 for SC/ST.
- Tick agreement boxes and click Next.
Click any one option: FIR There or not
Choose any one option: Debarred or disqualified
Note Fees for general : 600 | SC/ST – 300
Tick the box and click on next
10. Reservation for SGT Teachers
- If you’re an SGT in School Education Dept, enter details.
- If not, select No and proceed.
If Yes enter the details and click submit
11. Government Employee Status
- If you’re working in any Govt Dept, enter details.
- Otherwise, click No and continue.
12. Upload Required Documents
Make sure your files are within size limits:
📌 Photo – 40 KB
📌 Signature – 40 KB
📌 Community Certificate – 500 KB
📌 SSLC, HSC, UG, B.Ed, PG – 500 KB each
📌 Conduct Certificate, Character Certificate, ID Proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter/etc.) – 500 KB
Upload SSLC, HSC
Upload UG, B.Ed
PG degree certificate / consolidated marksheet , Conduct certificate
Character Certificate , Photo ID card (AAdhar/Voter/License/passport/Pan card )
After uploading, click Upload.
13. Final Preview & Submission
- A Preview Page will appear.
- Carefully check all entered details.
- Tick confirmation checkboxes.
- Click “Yes, I Agree” to proceed.
Click the boxes
Payment Process
- Choose Payment Gateway & Card Type.
- Click Proceed to Pay.
- After successful payment, click Submit Application.
Select the Card Type
Final Step: Application Receipt
- Once submitted, download your Application Form.
- Keep it safe for future reference and verification.
