Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team. If you have a passion for content creation, campaign execution, and driving engagement, this role is for you.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, and campaign creatives
• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Monitor performance metrics and improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Social media management
  • Content creation (posts, reels, campaigns)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Basic understanding of YouTube Ads is an added advantage
• Strong creativity and communication skills
• Age preference: 25–30 years
