Role Overview

As a Junior HR Manager, you will assist in managing day-to-day HR activities, support recruitment and onboarding, implement HR policies, and help create a productive and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily HR operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction
• Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in performance appraisal and attendance management
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple responsibilities
