All payments must be made using the payment gateway on our website.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after registration and payment, except in cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions that result in unreasonable loss.
Professor Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds at its discretion.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.
Professor Academy does not provide refunds in the form of cash or cheque; only online refunds are available.
Any additional charges incurred by the customer, such as bank transaction fees, service fees, or processing fees, will not be refunded.
Multiple return requests for the same order will not be entertained.
Professor Academy does not pay interest on refunds.
Professor Academy is not responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.
Refunds are not provided for registrations made for short-term programs (Crash courses, Webinars, Workshops, etc.) upon completion of the program.
Customers must provide valid documentation, including a valid invoice, to claim a refund.
Professor Academy’s payment service provider assumes no liability for any damage, monetary or otherwise, that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption, or failure of information transmission during payment.
Chargebacks will be issued to the customer only if Professor Academy fails to provide services after receiving payment.
Once a cancellation request is processed by Professor Academy, a full or partial refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund rates for long-term courses:
Full fee refund within 10 days from the date of activation or 25% completion of the course (whichever is earlier).
50% fee refund within 20 days from the date of activation or 50% completion of the course (whichever is earlier).
25% fee refund within 30 days from the date of activation or 75% completion of the course (whichever is earlier).
No refund considered after 30 days from the date of activation or 75% completion of the course (whichever is earlier).
For Short-term Courses:
50% fee refund within 5 days from the activation of the course.
No refund considered after 5 days from the date of activation of the course.
For Webinars and Workshops: a. Registrations canceled 24 hours prior to the Program start date are eligible for a full refund. b. No refund considered on or after the Program start date.
