1. Online Courses (Live Classes, Recorded Videos, Test Series)

All purchases of online courses and digital products are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or cancellations under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your device or internet
• Non-usage of the course after purchase
  

Note: In exceptional cases (e.g., double payment or technical errors), refund requests will be reviewed individually. For such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Books & Study Materials (Physical Products)

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a physically damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at helpdesk.professoracademy@gmail.com  with clear photos and order details.
  
• Wrong Item Delivered: We’ll arrange for products to be returned and send the correct item at no extra charge.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Online Courses: No cancellations once payment is made and access is granted.
  
• Books: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, it will be treated as a return request (see above).

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
